Originally established in 2021 as Data Consultancy Lab by Ramesh K, a data scientist with deep industry experience, the organization began as a forward-thinking initiative aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. With his strong background in data analytics and operational strategy, Ramesh laid the groundwork for what would evolve into a dynamic platform offering real-world learning experiences for students. He now continues to guide the organization as Founder & Director.
As the organization grew, it evolved into Data Consultancy Lab, reflecting a broader mission and a deeper commitment to skill development across various technical domains. Harish Gowda H S later took charge as CEO, bringing in a fresh, student-driven perspective. With a blend of entrepreneurial energy and firsthand understanding of student needs, Harish steered the company toward strategic collaborations with startups and established industry players.
Unlike traditional training institutes, Nexus operates at the intersection of academia and industry, offering VTU and AICTE-approved internship programs rooted in practical application. Our focus is on real projects, sourced through our active network of industry collaborators, and delivered via flexible formats—onsite, remote, or hybrid—tailored to student convenience and professional relevance.
With over 850 students trained, 53+ real-world projects completed, and a team of 33+ dedicated mentors, Nexus Technologies has earned recognition from more than 15 forward-thinking startups as a trusted partner in career readiness and innovation.

Ramesh K
Ramesh K is a seasoned Marketing Analytics leader with over 16 years of experience in harnessing Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI to accelerate business growth. He has partnered with global organizations including Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, Group M, Hindustan Unilever, GSK, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, and Ford India, helping them optimize marketing strategies, reduce costs, and drive sales through data-driven insights.
With an MSc in Agriculture Marketing from UAS Bangalore, Ramesh blends expertise in Marketing and Statistics to bridge the gap between data science and business impact. His specialties span Marketing Analytics, Media Analytics, and Customer Analytics, enabling brands to unlock measurable value from data.
Beyond business, Ramesh is passionate about social impact. He actively contributes to governance, policy-making, rural education, and agriculture, working to uplift communities by improving educational outcomes and enhancing farmers’ livelihoods.
Harish Gowda H S
Harish Gowda is a graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management (B.E) from the prestigious MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. With a strong passion for investing, business strategy, and technology, his journey has been shaped by diverse experiences across industries.
He has worked with wealth management companies, gaining insights into how businesses operate, what makes a model sustainable, and how value is created in the long term. His work with Urban Realty highlighted the growing importance of digital marketing in real estate, sparking an interest in technology-driven business solutions.
Beyond professional experience, Harish led Connect4Society, an NGO dedicated to social impact. This leadership role strengthened his skills in collaboration, responsibility, and community engagement.
Focused on bridging the gap between academic curriculum and industry needs, Harish aims to combine technical knowledge, business exposure, and entrepreneurial spirit to create ventures that deliver both economic and social value.
Mr.Naveen Kumar
Naveen is an accomplished Operations Manager with over 14 years of experience in global organizations such as State Street, Diageo, and AIG. He brings expertise in stakeholder management, client engagement, and strategic problem-solving, with a strong record of delivering measurable results.
Throughout his career, Naveen has led cross-functional teams, enhanced operational efficiency, and optimized resource utilization, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions. His leadership style is results-driven and collaborative, consistently creating value for both internal operations and client outcomes.
Mr. S N Siddesh
N. Siddesh graduated in Civil Engineering from VTU in 2014 and has over 11 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. He began his career as a Quality Control Engineer and later worked as a Project Engineer, successfully delivering projects with precision and timeliness, including the KMF Corporate Head Office in Bangalore. His expertise spans building design, project execution, client-focused solutions, and market research on materials, trends, and sustainable construction practices.
Over the years, Siddesh has taken on leadership roles as Quality Engineer at Mars Consultants, Director & Operations Head at Trishika Constructions, and Director at Unisquire Developers. Passionate about bridging technical knowledge with creativity, he is committed to building resourceful and innovative engineering solutions that meet industry needs while shaping sustainable opportunities for future generations.
